Fantastic service, no upselling and trustworthy professionals. You can count on them to get your vehicle the care that it needs with outstanding attention to detail. I took my Lexus in for brake pads and rotors and was given a great price with quality parts and an immediate turnaround time. Overall amazing service from start to finish, thank you!

I went into the shop on a busy Saturday because the hood on my Lexus wouldn't open. The owner was extremely pleasant to deal with; he squeezed me in and got me out within a couple of hours. We chatted about cars and the time just flew by. My hood cable had snapped on my way to MI and I was in a panic because my oil was low. Before finding this shop, I went to another place that quoted me three times what I ended up paying here- and that was just for the labor! (I had already purchased the replacement cable from Toyota). Not only did he replace the cable, but he also threw in an oil change, fluid top-offs, and a complete inspection at that super reasonable price. I was able to travel back to MI with total peace of mind. I am extremely pleased with my experience here. They are very honest, patient, highly experienced, and straightforward people to deal with! I might have to travel to Chicago to get my car work done from now on :)

I had a great experience at this car repair shop. They are very honest and upfront about everything, which is hard to find these days. The quality of their work is excellent—my car has been running perfectly since the repair. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and they take the time to explain things clearly. I felt like I could trust them completely, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable and knowledgeable mechanics.

I had recently purchased a car and brought it to Royalty Autoworks to have everything checked over and make sure I was in good shape. I’m extremely glad I did. From the moment I got there, they took great care of me. They test drove the car, thoroughly inspected it, and gave me a complete breakdown of what they found. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and honest they were. They did not try to upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary work. Instead, they took the time to educate me, explain the car in detail, and give me genuinely valuable feedback. They also shared a lot of useful insight on how to properly care for the vehicle and even gave me smart tips on how to save money on future maintenance costs. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find. Easy 5 stars. I would give 10 if I could. The owner is honest, kind, and truly cares about his customers—especially older ones, who he treats with extra patience and attention. He treated me like a royalty! The shop is clean, with a comfortable waiting area and a great overall vibe. He recommends quality parts and only what’s necessary—>no upselling, no shortcuts. Prices are good, and it’s worth paying for the level of service you get here. Don’t settle for mediocre work elsewhere. Come here if you want it done right.
